The Aetherius Society's theology is theosophical<ref name=B2011p122/><ref name=Sm2003p96/><ref name=Is2000TWATAeth/> and is also based on the continual evolution of all beings back to the source which is God.<ref name=B2011p128/><ref name=Sm2003p92/> The society also refers to God as being "All in All, and All in All That," and the highest aspect of God as "The Absolute."
