===Lutheranism===
Larry Christenson, a Lutheran theologian based in [[San Pedro, California]], did much in the 1960s and 1970s to interpret the movement for Lutherans. [[Richard A. Jensen]]'s ''Touched by the Spirit'' (1974) played a major role in the Lutheran understanding to the Charismatic movement. Other Lutheran Charismatic leaders have been [[Harald Bredesen]] and [[Morris George Cornell Vaagenes|Morris Vaagenes]].
