===Lake Brunner commune===
In March 2023, Senior leader Samuel Valor confirmed that the community was building another commune on the edge of [[Lake Brunner]], on the west coast of the South Island of New Zealand, to house its growing population, which had risen to almost 600 by 2023. Gloriavale purchased the site for NZ$3 million using funds from its charitable trust and three businesses.
